- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name via Firebase Authentication.
- Business Content: Photos, menu items, and descriptions you upload to create your digital menu.
- Usage Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the app (e.g., screens visited, session duration).
- Crash Logs: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs.
3. Location Data
We do not track your real-time location. MenuEz does not request access to your device's GPS sensors. Any address information displayed on your business profile is manually entered by you.
4. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our service:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat: To manage subscription billing and purchases. We do not store your credit card information; transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app settings. Upon deletion, your business profile, images, and menu data are permanently removed from our servers immediately.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
